The Lester F. Wire Library serves the employees of the Utah Department of Transportation and the Department of Public Safety. Limited services are available to the public.

Transportation research keeps UDOT employees equipped with the best methods and technologies necessary to make appropriate transportation decisions for the needs of the growing public.

The library houses thousands publications, newsletters, magazines, audiocassettes and videos. This site will provide you with information about our library, information about current transportation issues and links to national transportation libraries.

The Library provides assistance in the following areas:
