The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) has conducted a State Environmental Study (SES) to develop a transportation solution to improve east-west mobility between the Alpine Highway and North County Boulevard in Highland City. As part of the study a preferred alternative has been developed that would extend Canal Boulevard in Highland to connect to Harvey Boulevard in American Fork.
This project will add a new east west connector between SR-74(100 E / Alpine Hwy) and SR-129 (North County Blvd).
A public hearing was held on February 21, from 5-7 p.m. at Fox Hollow Golf Course to learn more about the proposed improvements and provide comments.
Project impacts to travel can be found on the UDOT Traffic website, www.udot.utah.gov/traffic.
